Benevolence Car Giveaway Application

I certify that:

• I am a resident of the City of the Ben Clymer’s shop giving the car away.
• I am willing to share my story with the media.
• I am willing to provide any needed verifications to validate my need for this car.
• I have and will provide proof of a valid, current California driver’s license.
• I have a clean DMV record. am able to be insured.
• I will sign release forms for media and liability.
• The information in this application is true to the best of my knowledge.

*All applicant’s information is used to qualify them for insurance through our partner insurance provider for the giveaways. We do not sell or share any of your personal information. Your information is only used for insurance purposes for the giveaway car.

Our insurance partner in the giveaway has strict underwriting guidelines that prevent us from insuring anyone who has had a suspended license within the last three years, therefore if your license has been suspended for any reason in the last three years, you do not qualify for the giveaway.

Car giveaways are chosen and as a company we typically do one per year in one location. Some years multiple.
